I specialize in supporting adults who are navigating caregiver burnout, caregiver stress, and the complex emotional experience of caring for an aging, ill, or dependent loved one. I understand the particular exhaustion and grief that comes with giving so much of yourself to someone else, often at the expense of your own identity, health, and wellbeing.

In addition to caregiver support, I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, grief and bereavement, trauma, and life adjustment challenges. I also welcome clients who have done prior therapeutic work and are ready to go deeper, refine the tools they've developed, or work through new obstacles that have emerged.
