Life transitions therapy

Major life changes are harder to navigate alone than they need to be.

Some of life's hardest transitions don't announce themselves as losses. Retirement feels like it should be a reward. An empty nest feels like it should be freedom. Even a move to somewhere quieter, a friendship that fades, a role that ends - these can carry a grief that surprises you with its weight.

And then there are the transitions everyone recognizes as hard: divorce after a long marriage. The death of a parent who anchored the family. The health change that rewrote the future. The career ending before you were ready.

Whatever brought you to the edge of this new chapter, you don't have to figure out what it means alone.

You May Be a Good Fit If You Are:

→ Divorced or at the end of a long-term relationship
→ An empty nest and the shift in identity that follows
→ A career change, job loss, or forced early retirement → A move, relocation, or major change in community and belonging
→ Retirement and the identity or purpose questions that come with it
→ The death of a parent, sibling, or close friend

Sessions are via telehealth throughout Florida.
