I can help you build skills so you can learn to better manage depression, guilt, and trauma. I have spent the past 10 years working with trauma survivors, including Veterans. I use gold-standard trauma methods and coping skills to help you to get relief from what you’ve been feeling and thinking. I look forward to helping you to recover. I utilize a variety of techniques including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Prolonged Exposure Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy, Mindfulness, and racial trauma treatment.
